Expenses

Attached are two listings of expenses per family and payments I’ve recorded.  It’s been a crazy schedule for me this year so I know I’ve not recorded all the payments received.  Please make note on the far right of anything I’ve left off or any other discrepancies.  Yearly Expense is $7.50 per dancer and this year includes Sat Lunch at Festival and Sat afterparty for the whole family. 

PLEASE PAY THE AMOUNT DUE, bottom left balance, AS SOON AS YOU CAN

We have about $800 outstanding and $600 to pay for badges and about $600 to pay for food.  PLEASE GIVE YOUR PAYMENT AND THE SECOND COPY OF YOUR EXPENSE STATEMENT TO MARGENE ASAP.

 

Outfits

Girls – Black skirt with sequins

Black shoes, pettipants, petticoat

Suntan or similar nylons

Pink Shirt

Boys - New looking Black slacks/jeans, fitted (no baggy)

Pink Shirt

Bolo Tie

Black socks and black dance shoes

Please bring your outfit on 4/27.  Rod will give each square time to change and each square will dance their display at least one time wearing the outfit.  Make sure to mark all pieces of your outfit.  Bring other dance clothes for the rest of the night.

 

Festival

Lunch on Sat:  We will again do a hot dog lunch in the RV area.  The whole family is welcome to eat with the club.  Feel free to make a donation if you have a large amount of family joining us.  Also give me a heads up on how many extra might be there so I can make sure and have enough food. 

Dinner will be on your own.  There should be a hot dinner available at the school.  If we have lunch leftovers come by the trailer and see if there’s something on the grill if you like.

Afterparty:   The afterparty will be at the Hegel’s house.  It is very close to the school and on the way to the freeway.  Pizza and pop will be provided for the whole family.  PLEASE PLAN ON COMING.  It’s an important time for the club.

Thanks to those that have helped with fund raisers this year.  Last summer was a demo that brought in over $200.  The scarves and selling pies at dances brought in another $300 approx.  We still have the quilt raffle going.  Please sell tickets as you can!  Mavis has the quilt and tickets.  Thanks also to Margene for handling the outfits this year and helping with the $ since I’ve been out of town so much. 

 

If you have any other questions, ask Margene or Rod.  We’ll try to cover all we can on the Wed before Festival.  I’ll see you then.  Please try to have all expense paid by 5/7 or before if you can.
